whew...

OK- sorry it's been a few days, but I am sure you don't really care anyway. hmm...that was a nice way to start, huh? ok well, I am FINALLY OFFICIALLY done with the semester. I will say this - I spent over 8 hrs taking exams, and they were all HARD AS ANYTHING (yes, even- and esp- computer science. so bite me) except for Art which I studied SO much for that I better make a high A on that final. I might get a B in that class, but I better have kicked the finals BUTT. Stupid 3rd test in there screwed me (and others) over bc it was more about Hinduism and Buddhism and other religions than about the art. I felt like I was taking a religion history class test. It was so annoying. Not that I mind learning that stuff, but I mean...in the appropriate class, ya know? Some questions on the final had multiple choice where the question choices varied by ONE LETTER and we had to know the right one. like is the last name of the artist of this work lyn, lin, or ling?

So I was up till 3 am studing, then I fell asleep with books all around me, glasses on, lights on- typical Meghan style. I was so tired after the taking the final, selling back books, running errands, and whatever else, that I went back to my apartment and fell asleep and forgot to go by the house in time to see my big sis. I need to call and apologize for that. I feel AWFUL. I had to wake up and pack all my stuff in my car.....I realize that I have a LOT of shirts....A LOT. And then drive home and unpack it all into my room. All the clothes on hangers made it into the closet, but everything else is scattered about my room. Then I watched Ella Enchanted with Kristen, Jordan, and Jordan's girlfriend, Sarah. Then I fell asleep on the couch and Jordan made me go to bed.

Today I got up around 11:30 or 12 because I was so tired, and went to Grandmommie's around 1pm so Tom and I could hang out. (Grandmommie is his Dad's mom.) She made us the usual- bacon and cheese sandwiches with mayo. (and chips). Yummy! Then Tom and I went to the "garage" and he played guitar for me which was really fun. =) *smile* I had to leave around 3:00 for home so I could meet up with Mom and Kristen to go shopping and so I could call Mrs. Lynn- I am staying at the Park's house to take care of their animals all next week, so I need to meet with her Friday to see what each animal needs. I am so excited to take care of all their animals- especially the horses! I won't be riding them, but I just love them, so I am really stoked. =) Ok, so Mom, Kristen, and I went shopping- DSW, Marshalls, Ross, and Soulcrest..ahem I mean, Stonecrest. hehehe. We had to get stuff for Kristen's wedding-mom's shoes and purse for the rehearsal dinner, Kristen an outfit for the beach/honeymoon, and she and I both need strapless swimming suits so we don't have lines in the wedding pictures, but we didn't find anything worth buying, so I will keep looking.

Ok so I have a TON of stuff to look forward to, wanna hear? (If you don't-quit reading. Duh.*wink*) First things first:
1. I AM GETTING COWBOY BOOTS! YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY! For those of you who are not aware, I basically adore cute cowboy hats and boots, and I always have. I mean, I have been BEGGING for boots since I could talk basically, and mom would NEVER let me have them, so after my last exam, I drove myself out to a westernwear supply store and tried on a pair that I liked. The thing was that they weren't the color I wanted, so I ordered a pair- a pair of cute, tan, distressed leather, size seven-and-a-half ladies' cowboy boots. And, NO, you CANNOT borrow them. These are my babies- the fulfillment of a dream, so just forget it. Don't even ask. I share a lot things, but these aren't in that category.

2. Ok the second thing is that tomorrow (or later today really, since technically it is Thursday morning), I am going to the lake with Tom, Ben, Davey, and Will to ride JetSkis! Woohoo! And I do mean ride, because Tom won't trust me to drive them. Totally unfair. I know what I am doing, and he doesn't trust me. I mean, what is a relationship based on if not trust? Answer me that, McFarlin! It really feels like summer now. All school year I am studying and when I am not- I usually am hanging out with girls- I mean, I room with girls, and I am in a sorority-plus my boyfriend lives at a different school. What do you expect? But in the summer- that is totally reversed. It is 100% boys. Well, not really. More like..95%. I love my girlfriends from home, but the thing is they are NEVER HERE. So it's me and the boys, though technically, Henry deemed me "one of the guys" a couple summers back when I became the only girl who stuck around. haha *grin* Thanks, Henroid! =) But ok- I mean, I deserve it. I am CONSTANTLY surrounded by burping, farting, "boy jokes," etc. There are perks- I TOTALLY ROCK at being a gunner in MarioKart (though I suck at driving on MK) and I can beat up most guys. *wink* =)> Actually, the being tough and beating up I should give at least partial credit to my siblings. You don't get to 19 years of being the youngest of 4 kids without learning how to tough it out. But I mean, if you can live through both McFarlin boys sitting on you, tickling you, Tom forcing you into a freezing pool while you are wrapped up in your towel, *unnamed persons* farting in the truck and locking the windows, etc- you deserve some credit, right? Right. =)

3. You forgot we were naming what I was looking forward to after all of #2 didn't you? I know it was a lot. But the third thing is that on Friday Beth is coming down, and she is staying with me until Sunday!!!!! I am super stoked about that. Tom and Zach are graduating from OC on Saturday, so she is gonna be in town. I wanna see if she and Alejandra and I can work out a girls' night! It would be SO FUN! I would LOVE that! =) But even if we can't, it's ok because Alejandra will be in town after graduation until she leaves for Costa Rica next week, and we can hang out then sometime. =) *smile*

Man...in summer...it seems that all is right in the world. sigh (of content)....=) I do need to figure out a summer job though....YMCA nursery anyone? AC, good pay, free gym? I think we have a winner. *wink*

Aiight my hoes, I must end this one here. I have to be at the McFarlin Crib at 10:45am-way too early. *grin* haha! =)>
Mucho love my hoes!
